  • Authored a letter on medical disinformation endorsed by 75 medical providers and 192 advocacy organizations.

  • Developed policy positions and secured 75 non-profit endorsements for publishing a tech policy report featured in Mashable and The Washington Post.

  • Collaborated with social platforms Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and Twitter to recommend, advance, and change platform policies and improve user experiences across social media.

  • Wrote and managed the development and design of a media style guide on combating online disinformation, featured on the front page of The Washington Post and covered by The Boston Globe, Good Morning America, NBC News, and AP News.

  • Started a 5-star Etsy shop from scratch. Awarded Etsy recognition of “Star Seller” for top ratings in customer service, reviews, and shipping times.

  • Utilized copywriting, research, and proofreading skills to produce engaging, creative, and error-free content on deadline. Formatted content in CMS for publication with HTML, photography, and SEO.

  • Used A/B testing to lead the team in exceeding fundraising goals for the first time in 1.5 years: led the team from reaching 50% to 120% of digital fundraising goals.

  • Managed a team of 18 digital staff and generated 42,000 RSVPs for a live event.

  • Worked in coalition to create 3 tweets a second, 4 trending hashtags, and a 1,050% increase in tweets.

  • Increased social media following by more than 6,500 in one month.

  • Wrote, set up, and edited content that set the organizational record for the most public comments, event RSVPs, and phone calls generated to policymakers while under a tight deadline.

  • Reorganized SMS CRM system to increase efficiency and effectiveness and reduce cost.

  • Managed email, SMS, social media, and staff training for 200 simultaneous events across 47 states.
